A suspect in a sex assault that happened along a city bike trail has been arrested by Boulder police.
Asencion Pablo Reyes, 30, was taken into custody Monday after detectives working on the case were able to develop physical evidence linking him to the crime, said Sarah Huntley, a Boulder police spokeswoman.
Reyes is being held at the Boulder County jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
The assault took place about 3 a.m. April 20 near Berkley and Moorhead avenues, Huntley said in a news release.
