DENVER &mdash ;A schoolteacher has been arrested on charges of making sexual advances on a detective posing on the Internet as a young girl.

He was arrested Dec. 5 and released on $35,000 bond. No phone number could be found for Toth. The Denver Post reported he declined to comment.

The 36-year-old Toth taught music at St. Catherine of Siena School and Escuela de Guadalupe Catholic school, both in Denver. He has resigned from both.

Police accused Toth of telling the fictitious girl in an Internet chat room that he wanted to engage in a sexual act with her and of sending her a sexually explicit photo of himself.
