A lawyer says Coloradans who alleged Avanza Supermarkets had deceptive signs and pricing policies are proceeding with their lawsuits, even though the signs are gone.
The lawsuits alleged Avanza advertised sales, but then added a 10 percent surcharge at checkout while providing misleading information about the surcharge.
The Colorado Department of Agriculture investigated, and Avanza has since replaced signs.
