NORTHGLENN — A man wanted in Mexico on charges of raping his ex-wife and children was arrested by U.S. marshals Monday outside his apartment in Northglenn.
Victor Manuel Sosa Muela, 40, is accused of “a pattern of physical and sexual abuse” over several years, including assaults on his minor children, agents said.
Authorities in Mexico asked the Marshals Service to locate and arrest Muela in Colorado.
Marshals and a fugitive task force of several agencies set up surveillance Monday morning at the apartment in the 1800 block of Washington Street and arrested Muela between his apartment and car, according to the Marshals service.
