TRINIDAD STATE JUNIOR COLLEGE: Announced that president RuthAnn Woods will retire, effective Dec. 31. However, she will return Feb. 1 to serve a 110-day contract as president until June 30, when a new president will be named.

FIRST COMMUNITY BANK: Appointed Doug Woods to the expanded role of market president for the Colorado Springs and Denver markets. Woods will continue to be located at the First Community Bank branch in Colorado Springs.
