GREELEY, Colo.—Authorities are looking for suspects after 29 University of Northern Colorado dorm rooms were broken into on Christmas Day.
UNC spokesman Nate Haas says students are on winter break, so no one was in the President’s Row complex when the break-ins occurred. The complex has four residence halls.
Haas says it’s not yet clear whether anything was stolen, but damage from broken glass and doors is estimated in the thousands of dollars.
He says the break-ins happened in the late afternoon Thursday, but it’s not yet known how the suspects got in.
Haas says residents whose rooms were affected can begin making arrangements to check their rooms to see if anything was taken on Monday.
