Kyle Lewis scored 13 points as the University of Denver won its fifth straight game, defeating Cal-Riverside 52-46 on Sunday at Magness Arena.

Andrew Hooper added 11 points for Denver (6-6). The winning streak is DU’s longest since 2006.

Kyle Austin led Riverside (7-4) with 19 points. The Highlanders missed their first five shots to start the game and didn’t have a field goal until Brandon Dowdy’s 3-pointer with 13:20 left in the first half.

Rob Lewis sealed the game for Denver with a basket with 48 seconds left.

Air Force 63, Dartmouth 41

BERKELEY, Calif. — Anwar Johnson scored 14 points as Air Force defeated Dartmouth in the consolation game of the Golden Bear Classic.

Dartmouth set a tournament record for fewest points scored in a game, just one day after Air Force set the mark in a 43-42 first-round loss to Portland.

Air Force (9-3) used its matchup-zone defense to build a commanding 29-12 halftime lead. Dartmouth (2-8) shot 11.5 percent from the field in the half, making just 3-of-26 shots.

Alex Barnett scored a team-high 14 for Dartmouth. Evan Washington added 11 points for Air Force.

Colorado St. 74, Hawaii 58

HONOLULU — The Rams (4-8) won their first road game in nearly two years by topping the Warriors in the Rainbow Classic late Saturday night.

CSU defeated TCU on the road on Jan. 17, 2007, and won after 24 straight losses away from home. Marcus Walker came off the bench for a team-high 16 points for CSU.

Northern Colorado 92, Johnson & Wales 31

GREELEY — The Bears (6-6) opened the game on a 9-0 run and never trailed in topping the Wildcats. Courtney Stoer- mer’s 24 points paced UNC.

Denver 76, Northern Arizona 60

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Ashly Robinson and Britteni Rice scored 17 points apiece to lead the Pioneers (6-5) to a nonconference victory over the Lumberjacks.

Kaetlyn Murdoch and Andie Mason added 13 points each for DU, which opened the game on a 15-0 run over more than nine minutes.

Bradley 81, Air Force 65

PEORIA, Ill. — Brooke Cultra and Raimee Beck scored 23 points apiece to lead the Falcons (3-8), but five Braves players scored in double figures for the victory.

Bradley turned 18 Air Force turnovers into 21 points, and its reserves dominated with a 20-4 advantage off the bench.
