The Parent Co., a Denver- based company that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy this week, announced that the Nasdaq Stock Market was to delist its shares from the Nasdaq Global Market after the close of trading Wednesday.
The Parent Co. does not intend to take any further action to appeal Nasdaq’s decision.
