An Aurora police officer fired his weapon at a man tonight, police said, but the man was not hit by the gun fire.
The incident happened near East 6th Avenue and Potomac Street and the man was taken into custody with several other people, Aurora police said.
Police are in the early stages of investigating the incident, police spokesman Bob Friel said.
More details on the incident are expected to be released tonight.
