AURORA — An Aurora police officer fired his weapon at a man Saturday night, police said, but the man was not hit by the gunfire.
The incident happened near East Sixth Avenue and Potomac Street and the man was taken into custody along with several other people, police spokesman Bob Friel said.
Police are in the early stages of investigating the incident and more details will be released later, Friel said.
