Denver-based Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. is expanding its leadership team and looking to London for its first European store.
Chipotle chief executive Steve Ells on Monday said Monty Moran has been promoted to co-CEO from his role as president and chief operating officer.
Additionally, Mark Crum- packer was named Chipotle’s first chief marketing officer, and Bill Niman will serve as sustainable-agriculture adviser.
Chipotle plans its first London location this year.
