Alyssa Milano is engaged to marry a Hollywood agent. Her publicists said Tuesday she accepted a proposal Dec. 18 from David Bugliari, an agent at Creative Artists Agency. The two have been dating for more than a year. No date has been set. The “Who’s the Boss?” star, 36, most recently has had a recurring role on “My Name is Earl.” Her other TV credits include “Charmed” and “Melrose Place.”
