Casey Puckett of Aspen had some bad luck and finished 10th in skiercross Wednesday at the Tignes (France) Airwaves meet.
“Casey wanted to redeem himself from last year, when he finished third.” U.S. Ski Team skiercross coach Tyler Shepherd said. “In the second heat, it didn’t go his way. Someone crossed over his tips, and he ended up going up a bank and over the top.”
Arnaud Bovolenta of France won the race.
