• Clarification: A letter from the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission cited 2008 reports by KMGH-TV Channel 7 as the impetus for an inquiry into the use of historic preservation funds in Black Hawk. That inquiry followed a similar investigation after a 2004 story in The Denver Post. A story on Page 1A Sunday should have noted the role the commission said Channel 7 played in the inquiry.
