SUMMIT COUNTY — A Summit County sheriff’s deputy accidentally shot herself in the leg during routine target practice Wednesday night, authorities say.
The deputy, whose name has not been released, was taken at 5:20 p.m. to St. Anthony Summit Medical Center for treatment with a minor injury and is resting comfortably.
