Cruise West is offering a Stowaway Program, with savings of 25 percent for passengers with flexible schedules. The traveler puts down a $700 deposit and requests an itinerary and cabin category within a 30-day window. At least 30 days before departure, the passenger is assigned a date. The deposit is refunded if the guest cannot be accommodated. If the departure date is declined, the deposit can be applied to a future tour.
