TAMPA, Fla. — Once again, the NFL embarks upon its most significant week of the year, and all anyone knows about the Super Bowl is that one never knows.

The Arizona Cardinals are an offensive team averaging four takeaways in three postseason games.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are a defensive team averaging 29.0 points in two postseason games.

“We’re a team,” Ben Roethlisberger, the Steelers’ quarterback, said after his AFC championship game victory. “There’s not offense, there’s not defense, there’s not special teams — we’re one. We’ve been saying for a couple weeks now, we’re a band of brothers. We want to fight for each other.”

The Steelers are scheduled to arrive in Tampa for the start of their Super Bowl work week at 9:45 a.m. MST today. The Cardinals are to land at 12:45 p.m. MST.

The Steelers can become the first team to win six Super Bowls. The Cardinals can become the 19th team to win the Super Bowl at least once, providing the Baltimore Colts (V) and Indianapolis Colts (XLI) are considered separate teams.
