ENGLEWOOD — Two masked men in a stolen minivan rammed through the front of an Englewood jewelry store Wednesday evening, stashed the stolen loot and got away.

The Dodge Caravan crashed through the glass front of Williams Jewelers at 5106 S. Broadway near Belleview Avenue just after 6 p.m., according to Englewood police.

The robbers jumped out of the van, snatched an unspecified amount of jewelry and took off in the van. It was found abandoned in the 300 block of East Centennial Avenue, police said. Joey Bunch, The Denver Post
