
Fort Collins police today arrested a second man in a shooting near Colorado State University last month that killed one man and wounded two others.
Jeremiah Christopher Bryant, 20. was arrested at at a home in Fort Collins at about 4 p.m. without a problem, police said.
He is charged with being an accessory to first-degree murder and with two counts of accessory to attempted first-degree murder.
Joshua Douglas Renn, 21, of Loveland is accused of killing 30-year-old Clinton M. Hiney of Fort Collins and wounding two other men at a University Avenue apartment at about 10 a.m. on Jan. 12.
Renn was arrested early the next morning and faces first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Police have not named the two wounded men or elaborated on a possible motive.
