LAWRENCE, Kan.—Danielle McCray scored 24 points as Kansas broke a four-game losing streak, beating Colorado 65-54 on Wednesday night.

Sade Morris added 13 points and Aishah Sutherland had 12 for the Jayhawks (13-7, 2-5), who scored 23 points off 21 Colorado turnovers.

Kara Richards led the Buffaloes (10-10, 2-6) with 17 points and seven rebounds. Brittany Spears also grabbed seven rebounds to go with her 10 points.

Kansas led 32-18 at halftime, but Colorado went on a 10-2 run that cut the lead to seven with 4 minutes remaining. A put-back by Sutherland stopped the run and helped the Jayhawks retake control.
