FORT COLLINS, Colo.—A former Colorado State University employee accused of sexual assault has been found guilty of all 13 counts against him.
The verdict in Samuel Kase White’s trial was delivered shortly after 1 p.m. Tuesday. The case went to the jury Monday afternoon.
Larimer County District Judge Terence Gilmore ruled White will go through a psycho-sexual evaluation before his April 13 sentencing hearing.
The 31-year-old White was found guilty of three counts of sexual assault, three counts of attempted sexual assault, four counts of burglary, and one count each of unlawful sexual contact, harassment and trespassing in a series of assaults in fall 2007 near the Colorado State campus.
White was a CSU human resources employee when he was arrested in December 2007, but he has since been fired and banned from campus.
