ALBUQUERQUE — SkyWi Inc. says a federal judge in New Mexico has transferred a lawsuit it filed against Denver- based Qwest to federal court in Colorado.
SkyWi chief executive Allen Witters said the company sued Qwest for anticompetitive and antitrust behavior in New Mexico, and the company believes a New Mexico jury would be best suited to consider the case.
