Niwot-based Crocs Inc. announced Wednesday that its board has appointed John Duer den as the company’s president and chief executive, effective March 16.
Duerden succeeds Ron Snyder, who is retiring and resigning as president and CEO but will continue as a member of the board of directors. Snyder also has agreed to assist with Duerden’s transition.
