By kickoff of the Texas-Wyoming game Sept. 12, Longhorns fans could be dropping a stack of Ben Franklins to visit War Memorial Stadium.

With 6 1/2 months to go, sixth- row tickets near the 30-yard line already are going for $349 each at .

By the time single-game tickets go on sale this summer, Wyoming athletic director Tom Burman said there could be fewer than 2,000 seats left.

“The thing is, we’ve sold, I think, about 350 new season tickets and about half of our season-ticket holders have purchased their additional allotment of tickets they could purchase,” Burman told the Casper Star-Tribune this week. “So it’s going to be a ticket that’s hard to get.”
