ENGLEWOOD, Colo.—Englewood police say one person has been killed in a fire at a duplex.
Police say the fire on Friday burned the interior of the house but didn’t damage any other residences. Englewood Fire Department spokeswoman Marla Wilcox said the fire was already out when a woman who called firefighters said she discovered a blackened interior and a person inside not breathing.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
A cause has not been determined. Wilcox called the fire suspicious.
