Denver police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a driver who hit and killed a pedestrian over the weekend.
Police say a “light-colored smaller car, possibly a Pontiac Grand Am or Grand Prix,” was speeding eastbound in the 1600 block of West Evans Avenue about 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
The car fatally struck a pedestrian crossing the street in the middle of the block. The victim was identified as 36-year-old Thai Son Nguyen.
Police say the car should have damage to the front end and windshield.
