CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The attorney for a North Carolina mother who reported for Army duty with her two young children says she has received an honorable discharge. Attorney Mark Waple said Friday that Lisa Pagan is back home after spending a week at Fort Benning, Ga. She brought along her two children, saying there was no one else available to care for them. Pagan was recalled to the Army four years after being released from active duty.
