Beauvallon developer Craig Nassi is close to reaching a settlement agreement with the condominium building’s homeowners association.
The lawsuit, filed in 2007 against Nassi and BCN Development, Swinerton Builders, Darlene Sandoval and Big Horn Plastering, gives a laundry list of problems with the 210-unit building at East 10th Avenue and Lincoln Street.
Nassi declined to disclose terms of the settlement.
