BOULDER — Phil DiStefano, academic chief of the University of Colorado’s Boulder campus, will take over as chancellor upon the departure of Bud Peterson later this month, CU sources said.
DiStefano, who served as interim chancellor for 17 months before Peterson took the job, will resume the role at least on a temporary basis, the source said.
President Bruce Benson is expected to make the announcement today.
