There are still a few spots available to compete in the Winter Park Freeskiing Open, an open slopestyle/big air event scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
The contest is open to the first 100 athletes to register online at . Registration costs $100, including a lift ticket on event days, or $75 for competition only.
Freeskiers will compete for $6,500 at the resort’s Dark Territory terrain park. Slopestyle competition will determine the top 10 men and five women who compete in the big air finals.
