As such, shares of Walt Disney Co. and other media companies may provide a playbook for Eli Lilly, maker of the Cialis erectile-dysfunction drug, and other pharmaceuticals.
Both industries are contending with slowing revenue growth yet still have relatively strong balance sheets. Each also often depends on the success of several “blockbuster” products, whether it be a summer action flick or a new cholesterol drug.
