LINCOLN, Neb.—Jarod Berggren went 3-for-4 with four RBIs and Northern Colorado pounced on Nebraska pitching for 14 hits in a 10-7 victory on Wednesday.

The Bears (8-15) rallied from a 5-3 deficit to split the two-game series.

Northern Colorado scored three runs to take the lead in the sixth, stringing together five hits off reliever Sean Yost (1-1).

Jake Mort and Kyle Bubak combined to score five of the Huskers’ seven runs, but Nebraska (15-8-1) was held to just six hits.

Northern Colorado’s Nate Steinmetz (1-0) earned the win, allowing five run on four hits over five innings. Joe Willman recorded his third save.
