The Colorado State football team will have its latest bye week on record and an unusually early start to its Mountain West Conference games. The team’s 2009 schedule was announced Thursday.

The Rams don’t get a week off until Nov. 14, after playing at UNLV on Nov. 7. Only two regular-season games are scheduled after CSU’s bye week.

The Rams finish the season against Wyoming on the day after Thanksgiving. They also will play an early MWC game, traveling to face BYU on Sept. 26. The game against the Cougars is followed the next week by another nonconference contest, at Idaho on Oct. 3.
