The international space station got more guests Saturday with the arrival of a Russian Soyuz capsule.
Two of the newcomers, an American and a Russian, will swap places with commander Mike Fincke and cosmonaut Yuri Lonchakov. Space tourist Charles Simonyi, a former Microsoft executive, also flew up on the Soyuz.
“We’re sure going to have a lot of fun up here,” NASA flight engineer Michael Barratt radioed to one of his five children in Moscow, “and I’ll tell you all about it and send you some cool pictures.”
“OK, you do that,” Mita Barratt replied. “And don’t break anything.” Denver Post wire reports
