Anyone daring enough to ride a skateboard down Lookout Mountain Road in Golden is invited to register for the 2009 Buffalo Bill Downhill, scheduled for May 9-10.
Only 96 racers will be allowed to drop into the closed, 1-mile course, but a few spots remain available. Online entry is $100 until race day, when the fee bumps up to $125. Riders will need their own boards and body armor.
