• CLARIFICATION:
A business brief published Tuesday on Page 8B said Frontier Airlines was offering fares as low as $39 each way from Denver to more than 50 destinations, ranging from Albuquerque to Costa Rica. While fares were $39 to several destinations, the fare to Costa Rica from Denver was $149. Travel had to be booked by Wednesday and completed by Aug. 26.
• Because of an editing error, a headline on Page 12A of Wednesday’s paper described a special election for a U.S. House seat in New York as an election for a U.S. Senate seat.
