Bachman and Associates Inc. will broker the sale of the 891-acre Echo Canyon Guest Ranch near La Veta. The ranch, owned by David Brown, is being offered at $4.9 million, down from $5.9 million.
The ranch has been designated a Registered Natural Landmark by the Department of the Interior. It has more than 20,000 square feet of accommodations, including a main guest lodge with nine bedrooms, a conference/media center, a log home with six bedrooms and three guest cabins.
