Xcel Energy is looking to raise rates to recover about $3.8 million in costs for programs to cut customers’ energy use.
The Minneapolis-based utility says that if the Colorado Public Utilities Commission approves, the typical residential customer’s monthly bill would rise about 10 cents to $56.33 beginning July 1.
