Micro Motion Inc. says it is laying off 37 employees, most of those salaried, at its operations in Boulder.
Spokesman David Baldrich said Tuesday the layoffs represent about 7 percent of the Boulder-based company’s workforce.
Baldrich said the cuts come amid a declining economy and a softening market for the company’s flow meters, used in the oil-and-gas, chemical and food-and-beverage industries.
