Beginning Aug. 16, Southwest Airlines passengers can fly from Denver to Boston’s Logan Airport with one stop in Baltimore or Chicago.

The No. 3 carrier at Denver International Airport today announced service between Baltimore’s Washington International Airport and Chicago’s Midway Airport.

Currently, the closest that Southwest flies to Boston is either Manchester, N.H., or Providence, R.I.

Five flights are planned daily in each direction. The cost one way from Denver to Boston will be as low as $99 plus taxes and fees.
