EDWARDS, Colo.—Someone broke into an Edwards elementary school and took eight laptop computers, two desktops, a camera and snacks.
The Eagle County Sheriff’s Department says the breakin occurred between Friday and Monday.
Deputies say six vehicles were damaged nearby. They say the stolen goods and damage would cost about $16,000.
A janitor discovered evidence of the breakin on Monday.
Edwards is about 15 miles west of Vail and 80 miles west of Denver.
