Longmont-based DigitalGlobe Inc. sold $355 million of senior debt due in 2014, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

The 10.5 percent notes are priced to yield 967 basis points more than similar-maturity Treasurys, Bloomberg data show. The debt is rated Ba3, three levels below investment quality, by Moody’s Investors Service and BB, one step higher, by Standard & Poor’s.
