Prestige Real Estate Group and RE/MAX Professionals are merging to become the state’s third-largest real estate brokerage.
The combined companies will be called RE/MAX Professionals: Colorado’s Most Prestigious Real Estate Company.
The new RE/MAX Professionals will have 550 agents, and seven offices, with nearly 7 percent combined market share in the Denver metro area.
Also joining the new venture will be the agents and owners of RE/MAX Classic based in Greenwood Village.
