CAMARILLO, Calif. — The average price of regular grade gasoline was $2.05 a gallon on Friday, less than a penny increase from April 10, according to the Lundberg Survey released Sunday. That’s $1.42 below levels from the same time last year. The lowest price for gas was in Phoenix at $1.80 a gallon. The highest was in Anchorage, Alaska, at $2.45.
