LOVELAND — Police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of soliciting two teenage girls after their mother lured him to a park by posing as a 14-year-old in a series of text messages.
Loveland police were waiting for Derek Peisert when he arrived late Friday at Kroh Park, where he allegedly expected to meet and have sex with the fictitious girl.
The woman’s daughters, who are 16 and 14, told their mother that Peisert, who is known to the family, had propositioned them and that they had refused, according to a police news release.
“The mother obtained the cellphone number of the suspect and began exchanging text messages under the guise of a 14-year-old girl. The messages quickly turned sexual in nature,” according to the release.
