There could be snow in Denver for the morning commute.

The National Weather Service is predicting a 70 percent chance of precipitation tonight, with rain before midnight, a rain/snow mix until 3 a.m., and “snow likely” after 3 a.m. One to three inches is possible by morning.

The low temperature tonight is forecast to be 33 degrees, with wind gusts as high as 21 mph.

The chance of rain and snow continues tomorrow morning, with a 40 percent chance of precipitation before noon. No more than half an inch of additional snow is expected. The high tomorrow is predicted to be 52 degrees.

Tomorrow night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low near 38 degrees, the weather service says.

The rest of the week is expected to be warmer, but with a slight chance of rain every day.

Expect high temperatures Tuesday of 63 degrees, 71 on Wednesday and 64 on Thursday.
