DENVER—Gov. Bill Ritter has signed two education bills.
One measure signed Tuesday would allow the state Department of Education to solicit gifts, grants and donations to help Colorado’s Teacher of the Year program.
The other would allow Metropolitan State College to begin offering graduate degrees.
