opened up the show Wednesday night. One of Crain’s strings broke on the first song, so a guitarist was left telling jokes to the crowd while Crain replaced her string real quick. Next up was , and their set was a lot less mellow than Crain’s — and they even invited all the bands up to the stage to beat on anything they could find for one song.
By the time came on stage, the crowd was packed from shoulder to shoulder. I was requested by the drummer to only shoot the first three songs, which was a bummer. You expect that with large acts, but you almost never see that from smaller acts.
