• Because of a reporter’s error, a story about the Hubble Space Telescope servicing mission on Page 1K Sunday incorrectly stated the extent of improvement that the Cosmic Origins Spectrograph will provide. The new instrument will be 20 to 30 times more sensitive in detecting faint light from faraway stars.
