“Colorado Scenic Byways: Taking the Other Road,” a program by Colorado photographer Jim Steinberg and Colorado author Susan J. Crestone Music Festival.

The 11th annual Crestone Music Festival is Aug. 7-9 at the Challenger Golf Club. In addition to music, there will be international cuisine, arts and crafts, contests and activities for the whole family. Acts include Papa Grows Funk, the Rifters, the Last to Know, the Planet O Band, and the Kaminari Taiko Drummers from Japan. Advance ticket prices are $5 Aug. 7, $25 Aug. 8, $20 Aug. 9, $50 for the weekend. Gate prices are $10 Aug. 7, $30 Aug. 8, $25 Aug. 9. Other prices: seniors, $5 Aug. 7; $15 Aug. 8; and $15 Aug. 9.
